Currently, the existing automatic load dispatching in most substations uses the 1: N method to transmit and to collect the data for analysis purpose at the control center. However, when the capacity used up in long term run, then the users have to build up new set of channels at substations and control centers to solve the problem which is costly and time consuming.
With the development of large and small substations, power plant, and factories nowadays, they have to use the 1:N method to support the automatic load dispatching they have regardless of the minimum requirement for capacity and configuration. Similarly, they have to build up new sets of channels to overcome the capacity problem.
Yet, the idea of building new channels is not the final answer to solve the problem. This is why HCE develop this new product SAER 2300 for a better solution of the existing automatic load dispatching system.
The characteristic of SAER 2300 is to receive data from the control center through analysis and save the results in the database that will retrieve and distribute to the host for analysis purpose.
